This limited-release bottling experience at Hollow Creek Distillery offers guests the opportunity to bottle a special, small-batch product directly from the barrel. Participants will take part in the full process—filling, corking, labeling, and waxing their own bottle—for a hands-on, behind-the-scenes experience tied to a unique release.
The bottling station accommodates two guests at a time, with each bottle taking approximately 15 minutes to complete. Appointments are scheduled in half-hour blocks, allowing up to four bookings per half hour once the process is fully running. For the first Saturday, availability will be limited to two appointments per half hour to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Each bottling features a limited-release product, and details may change based on availability and demand. For the first barrel, only 175 bottles will be produced, and ticket sales will close once that quantity is reached. Bottle counts and ticket limits will vary with future releases, making each experience distinct.
